We want to thank you for being an absolutely awesome realtor for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. We have no doubt in our minds that you were always looking out for our best interests.

Once we had our house listed, you were very consistent in providing us with the most current market activity. While you often needed to present information that would not make us happy during a very turbulent time, you did so with compassion and understanding. We always felt well informed and in the driver's seat.

At the same time, as we were looking for our new home, you showed that you were really listening to us by showing us countless homes that fit our criteria. Even though many of the homes were very close to what we were looking for, you never seemed frustrated as we nit picked each house. You genuinely seemed to enjoy viewing the houses with us and learning more about what would make us happy. In the end, you found us the perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood, and at a price we could comfortably afford.

In addition to your strong professionalism, we admire the high quality person you are on the inside. We really enjoyed getting to know you. We had so much fun with you and then missed you terribly once all our business was complete. We are so very glad that you want to continue with out new friendship because we hoped and prayed that you would. You have a wonderfully big heart and a warm laugh that makes others feel comfortable around you.

Susan was a true breath of fresh air. We actually met her during an open house she was conducting for one of her clients and right off the bat she truly understood what we were seeking. Susan knew how to get from us what most of our previous realtors didn't know how to find. She was able to ask the right questions in  order to put herself in our shoes and truly see what our objectives were in home ownership. By understanding our goals and aspirations, she was really in sync to what we sought in a home and narrowed down our search immediately.

On thing I really give credit to Susan about was her patience. Being such a picky client, she had to deal with all my ups and downs. She was a great personal coach and counselor at the time of greatest distress in the home buying process. She was in my corner at all times and really was directing the correct moves for us when placing the bid on our home. Her knowledge and negotiating skills were beyond what I expected. She was able to get a deal for us beyond what we expected!

All in all, Susan has become more that just a realtor for us, she is really something special and we will hold her dear to our hearts.
